This is the approach the men’s basketball team takes as a member of the Hudson Valley Men’s Athletic Conference. Gryphon fans can be proud of a team that plays a competitive schedule against small colleges throughout the northeast.

Coach Joe Ross sees participation in intercollegiate athletics as both a responsibility and a unique opportunity. “You have one chance to be a college athlete,” says Dr. Ross. "We encourage a well-rounded college experience and are not able to put in the hours that a larger program might, but we compete by playing hard and smart every night. I want this to be a piece that our student athletes will be proud of for the rest of their lives.”
