Office of Diversity and Campus Engagement
Who are you? How do you define yourself?
Diversity is every aspect of who you are and how you define yourself. Our backgrounds, life experiences, personal interests, and views contribute to our diversity. We all weave a thread in the tapestry of diversity.
The Office of Diversity and Campus Engagement advises student identity organizations, organizes and facilitates dialogue groups around issues of race, ethnicity and exclusion, establishes a peer mentor program for students of color, and is available to students to provide support in dealing with issues related to prejudice on campus.
Natalie Gross is the Director of Racial and Ethnic Diversity and Campus Engagement. You can find her in the Student Affairs Office in Bates.
