Poetry and Potluck
Organized by two first-year students, this event combined donations of food from area restaurants with performances from some of the area's hottest poets. The event was organized to aid the victims of Hurricane Katrina, and more than $7,000 was raised and donated to the NAACP Disaster Relief Fund.
