Student Affairs
The Office of Student Affairs supports students in co-curricular matters and serves as a resource in all concerns regarding student life on campus. Residence life issues, support for student activities, events, clubs and organizations, leadership programming, new student orientation and College policy questions are handled through this office. Student Affairs staff members serve as student advocates, and if they cannot directly address a student concern they will make a referral to the appropriate office or individual.
The mission of the Student Affairs staff is to actively participate in the holistic education of Sarah Lawrence students. We support the pursuit of academic excellence and foster the development of each individual by providing opportunities for cultural awareness, community citizenship, interpersonal relationships, responsible decision making and healthful living.
