The Crew team was started as a club by a few enthusiastic students who fell in love with the sport while studying at Oxford. The women's and men's teams practice together at Glen Island in nearby New Rochelle. The crew teams have a fall training season which includes participation in several races such as the Head of the Connecticut and the Head of the Charles. Following a period of indoor winter training, the team gets back on the water in the spring for the intercollegiate competitive season. The College owns all necessary equipment. Previous rowing experience is welcome but not required.
