Programs for Adults
The Center for Continuing Education
For more than 40 years, the Center for Continuing Education (CCE) has been giving adults the opportunity to complete their undergraduate degree, pursue lifelong learning ambitions, or prepare for advanced study within the framework of a highly personalized educational approach.
The Writing Institute
The Writing Institute offers workshops (11-week sessions) in the spring and in the fall designed give adults the opportunity to improve their writing skills and become part of a community of writers.
Non-Credit Programs
A full catalog of special programs are offered in the spring, summer, and fall to appeal to a wide range of interests, including music, dance, filmmaking, fitness, and culinary arts.
The Child Development Institute
Through its outreach to teachers, parents, administrators and child development professionals, The Child Development Institute communicates Sarah Lawrence's progressive education ideology and provides a forum for the discussion of issues in education.
