Fiduciaries and Plan Administrators of Sarah Lawrence College Benefit Plans
In accordance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), the President of the College and the Secretary of the College have been designated by the Board of Trustees as the named fiduciaries of the employee pension and welfare benefit plans subject to ERISA. The Director of Human Resources has been designated as Administrator of the plans.
The following plans are subject to ERISA: the Health Insurance Plans, the Flexible Spending Account Plan, the Life Insurance Plan (with Accidental Death and Dismemberment Benefits), the Long Term Disability Insurance Plan, the Retirement Plan and the Tax-Deferred Annuity Plan. Eligibility for benefits is dependent on employment classifications. Please confirm with Human Resources your eligibility for each benefit.
