Students present prize-winning poster at annual Harry C. Allen Chemistry Symposium
On April 5, students from faculty member Colin Abernethy's Physical Chemistry Research Seminar attended the annual Harry C. Allen Chemistry Symposium at Clark University, where they presented three posters describing their research. One of the posters, "New Reactions of dipp-BIAN with Vanadium-Containing Compounds," presented by siblings Rebecca Nadelman '14 and Daniel Nadelman '16, received an award for being the best poster in the undergraduate inorganic chemistry category. This was the third year in a row that Sarah Lawrence students have received awards at this regional scientific symposium. The students and their victory are featured in a May 8 article in the Bronxville Daily Voice.
