83rd Commencement: May 20, 2011

Sarah Lawrence College held its 83rd Commencement on Friday, May 20, 2011, under a tent on the South Lawn in the shadow of Westlands. A joyful crowd gathered to celebrate the class of 2011's 287 bachelor's candidates and 144 master's candidates. Internet publishing entrepreneur Arianna Huffington delivered the keynote address, for which she received a standing ovation.
