Environmental Studies Lecture Series: Melinda Herrold-Menzies
Melinda Herrold-Menzies presents “Creating Community Development in Crane Reserves: The Case of Caohai in Southwestern China.” Following a history of losing land and fishing rights, farmers near Caohai Nature Reserve have been and remain agents of economic and environmental change. Herrold-Menzies is an associate professor in intercollegiate environmental analysis at Pitzer College and The Claremont Colleges.
