Heba Morayef: "Opportunities Lost? Tracking the Struggle for Human Rights in Post-Mubarak Egypt"

Heba Morayef, researcher in the Middle East and North Africa division for Human Rights Watch, investigates human rights abuses in Egypt. A local and international advocate, Morayef previously worked at Amnesty International's International Secretariat in London as campaigner on Libya and Tunisia, as Middle East program officer at Article 19 in London and at UNDP's Human Rights Capacity Building Project in Cairo.
