Living in and Exploring Berlin

Students will be living in Friedrichshain, a neighborhood in the former East now known for restaurants, clubs and an exciting mix of cultures. Friedrichshain provides access to all modes of public transportation to facilitate easy exploration of Berlin. While students are encouraged to explore all of Berlin, many of the neighborhoods will be visited during our trips and excursions.

In class and on-site teaching will take place the first four weeks, while the fifth week will be used for the creation, completion, and presentation of Independent Projects.

Excursions

Weekends are designated for traveling. All tours, museum visits and overnight excursions are part of the tuition fees. One weekend is set aside for students to pursue their own independent travel.
