*Please note that students may not leave for breaks prior to, nor may they return later than, the dates specified. Term ends after Week 8 but most students remain into Week 9 as all academic work must be completed before students depart for the vacation.

NOTE: Students may NOT arrive before opening day, October 2, 2013, because housing cannot be prepared before that date. You must arrive and collect your keys from the Manager at Merifield between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on October 2 and be moved in for Orientation, which begins the next day. If you are unable to arrive in Oxford before 4 p.m., you must e-mail the Oxford Office at least a week in advance of October 2.

Personal effects may be shipped to arrive at Merifield on October 2 or after. Our office space is minimal, and we are unable to store your items prior to that date. Mail for you may arrive at Wadham College after October 2 and you may continue to use the Wadham address for mail throughout the year.
