It is the policy of the College to fill vacancies by promotion or transfer from within the College whenever possible. If you are interested in a transfer, we encourage you to contact your Department Head or the Director of Human Resources. In accordance with our transfer policy, Department Heads are encouraged to list with the Human Resources Office the name of any staff member who they believe should be considered for promotion either within the employee's present department or in other departments. In addition, notice of administrative and staff openings on campus, when appropriate, are circulated for posting in all College offices and online.
