Campus Initiatives
February was Footprint Forward Month at SLC! Dorms and offices competed against each other to conserve the most energy in February. By using less electricity in daily activities, the community reduced its carbon footprint (which contributes to Global Warming) and increased the overall sustainability of our campus!
Along with the Focus the Nation event that took place on January 31st, Footprint Forward February was a part of Sarah Lawrence College's campaign to increase our sustainability and take a stand against climate change. See Tips for Greening for more details and energy-saving ideas.
