Apply Online
An online application is now available for all of Sarah Lawrence College's graduate programs.
For an MFA in theater, students must earn a total of 36 course credits (24 in the first year and 12 in the second). In addition, graduate students are expected to participate in one or more practicum activities per year. These may include involvement in department sponsored productions, outreach placements or internships. Graduate students will also be asked to take one analytical class during the course of their two year career here (history, theory, dramatic literature, etc.).
