About the 2013 Senior Class Gift

The 2013 Senior Gift Committee has formed. These dedicated and dynamic students are beginning their legacy of giving back to and supporting the SLC community. Their goal is to work with fellow members of the senior class and their families to educate them and the entire SLC community on the importance of financially supporting the College. They plan to raise funds through events, letter writing campaigns, and peer to peer solicitations. The funds raised by the Senior Gift Committee will go towards The Fund for Sarah Lawrence, which provides support for academic programs, student scholarship and financial aid, student services, faculty resources, and campus enhancements. The value of our degree will depend on us sustaining the high quality education that Sarah Lawrence provides.

All members of the Sarah Lawrence community are asked to be part of the Senior Gift efforts. Our goal is to reach 60% participation. While all members of the community are invited to participate, seniors and their families are especially asked to support the Senior Gift efforts.

Gifts from SLC families and generous alumni bridge the gap between tuition and the actual cost of operating the College. The Class of 2013 can start giving back today. Every gift that the Class of 2013 receives immediately helps our friends and peers who are first years, sophomores and juniors today. Donations support our highly valued, committed, and passionate faculty, ranked #1 by The Princeton Review.

Class of 2013 Family members
Parents and other family members may contribute to the Senior Gift to honor their graduating senior's accomplishments and to show gratitude for their graduate’s faculty and dons. The gifts in honor of the graduating senior will enhance academic and extracurricular programs throughout your student's final year.
