Jeffrey Miller
BA, Princeton. LLB, Harvard Law School. Professor of law at Pace Law School and, until recently, its academic dean for five years. He has taught constitutional law, torts, and various courses in environmental law. Prior to teaching, he was an enforcement official with the Environmental Protection Agency in Boston and in Washington, DC for 10 years, finishing his time there as head of its Office of Enforcement. He has practiced law as an associate in a Boston law firm and as a partner in a Washington, DC law firm. He has authored four books or monographs and more than two dozen chapters in books and scholarly articles, primarily on issues of environmental law. SLC, 2011—
