Student Phonathon
The annual Phonathon connects alumnae/i and families to today’s Sarah Lawrence students. From September to early May, student callers telephone alumnae/i and parents to talk about the College, share Sarah Lawrence experiences and raise money for students and faculty through the Fund for Sarah Lawrence. The Fund supports the College’s most pressing needs in areas such as: student financial aid, academic programs, faculty support, library and technology initiatives, campus renovation and space.
Connections: Students Past and Present
We are sure you will find today’s Sarah Lawrence students as interesting, passionate and smart as they were when you were here.
While you’re on the phone, feel free to ask the student caller any questions you may have about life on campus these days—from the latest courses and favorite professors, to current theater productions, to what’s new at “Slave to the Grind.” And, equally important, take a minute to share experiences from your student days. Students always say that one of the big reasons they call for Phonathon is to hear first-hand stories from those who came before.
"[Phonathon is] the best job on campus and a great opportunity to talk to alumnae/i and see where Sarah Lawrence students end up after graduation."
