Reunion Giving
Westlands Awards: A New Tradition
The second annual Westlands Reunion Awards were a great success. The awards, created to recognize outstanding efforts in fundraising by reunion classes, honored classes young and old for their participation and giving.
Trustee Myra Drucker presented the awards during the Reunion Luncheon on Saturday, June 7th. During the presentations, Myra noted "Reunion gifts are a powerful way to celebrate the impact Sarah Lawrence has had on our lives and pass along that experience to another generation." The awards will be engraved with the names of the winning classes and permanently displayed in Westlands.
Reunion gifts and pledges for all purposes—including the Fund for Sarah Lawrence, strategic initiatives, endowment, capital projects, planned gifts, and bequest intentions—were counted toward class gift totals to determine Westlands Awards winners. The winners of the awards are listed below.

Reunion Terrace
In recognition of the powerful effect Reunion giving has on the College, Sarah Lawrence has set aside a special place on campus to recognize outstanding leadership support from Reunion classes. The space, adjacent to Westlands, was dedicated on Saturday, June 2, 2007, and has been named Reunion Terrace.
Congratulations to the Class of 1958, who were inducted this year for raising more than $100,000 for the Fund for Sarah Lawrence.
