The Esther Raushenbush Library

The Esther Raushenbush Library—named for the College’s sixth president and honored by the American Institute of Architects for its outstanding design—is central to campus academic life and is open to alumnae/i and the general public. The library offers one-on-one consultation with research librarians. Among its more popular spaces is the pillow room, where visitors can stretch out and read or work in comfort.
The College Archives are housed in the Raushenbush Library, as is the Academic Computing Department. The Library's gallery frequently features exhibits from student and guest artists alike.
