This class is designed to use lap swimming as a cardiovascular workout. Swimmers are required to know freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke. Feedback is provided to improve strokes, but this is not a learn-to-swim class. Different workouts are provided each session, and participants will swim anywhere from 1 mile to more than 1-1/2 miles per class.
