Also offered during the Festival is a one-day symposium on the obligations and responsibilities of college-level dance programs, examining the importance of creativity versus the importance of technique. The goal of this forum is to encourage participants to reflect on how faculty can help students gain creative credentials as well as technical skills.
*Students will have $25/day allotted on their Student ID cards to purchase food at the Ruth Leff Siegel Center. This is enough money to cover breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day. The Siegel Center offers an assortment of food choices from sandwiches to salads, grilled items such as hamburgers and chicken, as well as soup, entrees and a full range of beverages.
