Focus on learning the flowing Tai Chi movements, and explore the basic principles of movement that foster better balance, strength through softness, and an overall glow of good health. Class time combines group practice, review, instruction, and Q & A. Participants are encouraged to relax while in movement, a skill needed for all of us engaged in busy lives. No experience necessary!
